Caroline Starecky is the founder of Leap Lab, a Brisbane-based strategy and business coaching advisory firm dedicated to helping female founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders leap into further growth and success. A serial entrepreneur, strategist and certified business coach, Caroline has built, scaled, and successfully exited multiple businesses in Canada and Australia.
With over 20 years of experience in business strategy, six previous businesses, a master’s degree in international marketing, and 14 years as a senior lecturer in strategy and innovation, Caroline brings a wealth of expertise to empower women in business to take bold steps, break barriers and create greater impact. As an accomplished keynote speaker and MC, she has spoken at numerous empowering female-focused events, including UQ’s LeadHer Day, the Assisterhood, Tech Ready Women, She Codes, Mums-in-Business, and We Rise Women’s Network.

Who is this Retreat for?
This retreat is for women entrepreneurs who are ready to scale, gain clarity, and build a business with intention. Whether you're at the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey, growing, scaling, or even considering an exit, Caroline Starecky will tailor the retreat experience to meet the unique needs of each participant. All confirmed guests will be invited to complete a pre-retreat survey and join a one-on-one intake call, so we can better understand where you're at in business and how to support your next leap. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit or would like to talk it through first, you're warmly invited to reach out to [email protected] or book a time in her calendar for a quick chat.
What if I can’t attend last minute?
Tickets are 100% non-refundable, but can be transferred to another attendee.
Can you cater to my food allergies?
Absolutely! You will receive a personalised in-take form to specify your food intolerances or allergies.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely, you can and you should! Many attendees come solo, and we create an environment where you’ll instantly feel at home. You can book in a share room and you’ll be matched with another like-minded woman (only 2 spots available) or stay nearby.
Can I bring a friend/business partner?
Yes! Shared room options are available, and you can book together as long as you both book at the same time.
Do you offer refunds or can I cancel if something comes up and I can no longer attend?
Retreat bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. By purchasing your spot, and as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and accept this policy. However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another like-minded woman entrepreneur, or we may offer the option to reschedule for a future retreat, where available. Please note: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters such as cyclones), we will apply a Force Majeure clause as outlined in our T&Cs and work with all guests to offer the best possible alternative.
Can my male business and/or partner also attend this retreat with me?
This is a women in business only retreat, designed to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space exclusively for women entrepreneurs. If your business partner or support person is male, he’s welcome to stay nearby in beautiful Montville and enjoy the local surroundings. Many attendees choose to make it a longer trip and stay offsite with their partner or family before, during or after the retreat.
